Langley Oast was built in1873 as part of Langley Park Farm which was owned at that time by 'Fremlins' the local brewery.

T he farm was a working farm until 1985 when the farm buildings were sold for conversion to homes.

L angley Park as it is now known forms a secluded hamlet of about 12 homes, a quarter of a mile from the main road. A homely yet luxurious place to stay with the surrounding fields providing a perfect walk to clear the cobwebs after a long day touring in the car.

A beautiful oast house set in the heart of Englands garden. The house has been elegantly converted by its present owners Margaret and Peter Clifford and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.





T wo en-suite roundel rooms are available, each 24 feet in diameter with a double bed, and one with an en suite bathroom which includes a jacuzzi bath. The second has an en suite shower room.

A lso available are one twin room one double room with half tester canopys. All rooms have televisions and tea and coffee making facilities, arrangements can also be made to cater for children. A full English breakfast is served in the roundel dining room between 7.30am and 9.00am.

Directions

M 20 junction 8: Follow the signs for Leeds Castle, go past the castle entrance and on through Leeds village to the end of the road (about 1.5 miles). The plough public house will be on your right hand side. Turn right towards Maidstone and about half a mile along the road on the left hand side is a sign post for Maidstone golf centre, take this turning. Keep straight ahead and at the end of the lane turn left at the cottages, we are the second oast house on your right. Please park on your drive.

M 20 junction 6: Follow signs for Maidstone Town centre, then for Hastings. At the Wheatlands traffic lights take the left hand road sign posted Tenterden - the A274. Just past the Parkwood Business Estate turn right into the lane sign posted Maidstone golf centre and follow the last few directions above.
