Having been established since 1997 in Milton Keynes expanding into Northampton in 2009, we have years of experience in the serviced apartment sector so can be instrumental in helping you find the right accommodation at the right price. Our dedicated team of house-maids are directly employed by us and ensure the Cotels are maintained to the highest standards. We specialise in corporate stays so can accommodate both your budget, quality and location requirements as well as providing pleasant surroundings to suit the more personal needs of the guest. Stays are very flexible from just 1 night, with short notice periods and no deposit or contracts required, so bookings are very simple, quick and easy to make. Our guest services will then personally meet you at your Cotel to hand over keys and answer any queries. We can even operate open-ended residencies giving you the freedom to extend your stay, even at the last minute as we know business travel can often be unpredictable! |
