The Rising Sun is a popular family run inn, set within a picturesque 2 acre site, and can be found on the A487 approximately 1 mile from the market town of Haverfordwest and 14 miles from Britains smallest Cathedral City of St David's.
A family run business, the Rising Sun is personally supervised by two generations. Bob, Joy, Sharon and the staff at the "Sun" will greet you with a warm welcome, which has become their hallmark. The Inn has a reputation for excellent value for money meals with top quality selected local produce. The extensive menu is compiled by our well known local chef Mike Davies who has been at the "Sun" since Easter 1986. A good selection of beer, wines and "real ales" are on offer. The Rising Sun is particularly popular as children are made welcome and there is also a wide range of Children's meals. |

The Inn
There are two rooms downstairs consisting of a 2 level lounge and a separate bar. The lounge seats approximately 52 people while the bar has a pool table. There is also a function room upstairs, known as "Sunbeams" capable of seating 70 people and ideal for functions, weddings, private parties, meetings and business seminars. "Sunbeams" possesses its own bar and a small dance floor. During the peaks of season it is utilised as a restaurant to compliment the lounge downstairs. |

The Caravan and Camping Site
The gentle sloping 2-acre site has attractive and well-maintained grounds, bounded by a brook. The site is licensed for 9 caravans and has ample camping pitches. Pre booking is advisable. Dogs are welcome provided they are not exercised on the site. There are plenty of walks close by. Accommodation (sorry no pets)
The Rising Sun has two letting bedrooms. A twin bedded room (which can be made into a family room, sleeping two adults and two small children) with en-suite bathroom, and a double bedded room with its own toilet/shower room. Both rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities and a colour television. The centrally heated rooms are let on a bed and breakfast basis. 
Tariff: - Double accommodation £60.00 Single Accommodation £35.00 All prices include VAT. Ideally the site offers a country setting which is close to West Pembrokeshire's interesting and attractive locations. |
